Talking with a therapist in a safe, empathic, non-judgmental, confidential environment can bring internal conflicts to light and allow you to gain insight into your feelings, your behaviors, your relationships, and your life. Self-discovery and self-awareness can empower you to make choices that bring you greater fulfillment.

The quality of the relationship between therapist and client contributes far more to a successful therapeutic outcome than does the particular theoretical orientation or approach of the therapist.  I use a variety of techniques in my work but, above all, I strive to create an environment in which you feel seen, heard, and understood.​
